M.A. Licensed Psychologist
Glenn Jacobson has been providing counseling services in the Valley since 1982, and has established a strong reputation for thoughtful, professional, and ethical treatments. He graduated from Colgate University and went on to earn a Master’s and a Ph.D. in secular Religious Studies from Temple University. He earned his Master’s degree in Psychology from Bucknell University in 1991. He became a licensed psychologist in 1993.
Mr. Jacobson focuses on counseling for mood disorders, adjustment problems, couples’ difficulties, and behavioral issue. He has also conducted numerous child custody and other psychological evaluations used by the Courts in Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Lycoming, Montour, and Columbia counties.
Dr. Buzzini has been involved in the mental health field for over 15 years. Prior to collaborating with Mr. Jacobson to start Buzzini & Jacobson Psychologists, she has had experience working in both traditional psychiatric and medical settings. In addition to her work in private practice, she currently is on the staff of a local non-profit agency providing behavioral health rehabilitation services to children and adolescents, where she supervises evaluations and engages in staff development activities.
Dr. Buzzini has a general psychology practice but also specializes in child and adolescent psychology. She strives to achieve a collaborative, growth-promoting relationship with each of her clients building on their strengths. Dr. Buzzini graduated with a Doctorate in Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional psychology, Chicago in 2001.
